Being born the youngest of seven children, I made it my mission to find something that I could do better than any of my siblings and get the positive attention that any youngest child craved. I quickly discovered that sweet buttery creations were the ticket to praise and adulation. I earned my degree in Hospitality Management from FSU and then attended the Culinary Institute of America for my degree in Pastry Arts. I have been a baking teacher for 25 years and baking for 35 years.  Nothing gives me more satisfaction than the smiles and sounds of euphoria as someone tastes one of my sweet creations.  Over the years I have had numerous people tell me that I make the Best Fudgin  cakes and cookies, now it's time I share them with you.
